    3 - Minute Morning Mobility Routine

    This is a 3-minute routine, to open the shoulders, back & hips.

    Stand in good posture Shoulders - Hips - Ankles lined up, keep hips forward facing, the movement is through the upper body.

    Use a towel instead of the long roller, and hold the back of a chair for the hip opener.
